Sprintz is an agile sprint management tool operated by Leonhard Hoffmann (“Sprintz”, “we”, “us”). The service is currently in closed alpha and offered on an invitation-only basis. Functionality, availability, and pricing may change while the service remains in this stage.

We will give reasonable advance notice for material changes that affect your use of the service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sprintz, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

You agree not to:

• break the law, infringe third-party rights, or harm others;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service;
• scrape, resell, or use the service to build a competing product;
• upload content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or infringing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Sprintz (issues, sprints, comments, attachments — “Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the service for you and your team.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload Your Content and that it complies with applicable law.

Sprintz is free of charge during closed alpha. Paid plans will be announced before they take effect; you will not be charged without explicit consent. Statutory rights of withdrawal (for consumers in the EU) are unaffected.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if continuing the service is no longer commercially viable. Upon termination, Your Content will be deleted within 30 days unless we are required to retain it by law.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all data will be preserved. Maintain your own backups of business-critical data.

Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) is unaffected. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten), and only up to the foreseeable, contract- typical damage.

Our aggregate liability for any other claim is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100 — whichever is higher.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Exclusive venue for disputes with merchants, legal persons under public law, or special funds under public law is Berlin, Germany.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
